Domaine team members in a workshop at Nomad Tulum, on cushions and under a canopy on the sandy beaches of Mexico

Domaine Offsite 2024: Tulum

Amid the lush jungle and sparkling shores of the Caribbean sea, we participated in various workshops about departmental initiatives.

From long-standing colleagues to new faces, bonds were formed that we know will elevate our collaborative efforts moving forward. As a company that thrives on creativity and strategy, these new connections will help fuel the next phase of Domaine.

The trip wasn’t all work, though. We spent days soaking in the warmth of Tulum, from body surfing in the sea to encountering the raccoons that roamed our resort grounds. Highlights of the trip included an incredible beachside dinner, featuring a traditional slow-roasted Mayan feast, and a serene, reflective moment in the Sac Actun Cenote, where the silence seemed to speak volumes. We even braved jungle ice baths—an invigorating and shared test of endurance that mirrored our collaborative spirit.

A final standout was the Mayan gratitude ceremony, a quiet, collective acknowledgment of the journey we’ve all embarked on together as a team. It was a moment of pause, to reflect on where we’ve been and where we’re headed. As we head back to our respective cities, we carry the spirit of Tulum with us: grateful, connected, and ready for what’s next.
