Move freely between the sauna and cold tub at your own pace. Guides will be present in both spaces to offer “landings” — gentle support, grounding, and presence.
NOTE: Remember to bring a bathing suit!
About the Venue
Othership is a space for transformation. A sauna to sweat, ice baths to drop-in, and a commons to be yourself with others. The Othership Adelaide location is thoughtfully designed to provide a clean, fresh heat up to 185°F (85°C), with aromatic snowballs providing humidity that feels like 200°F. Their eight ice baths are kept icy-cold between 32-40°F (0-4°C). The space features amphitheatre style seating surrounding a cozy fireplace for social gathering.
