A unified, global ecommerce experience for a luxury brand

With a strong online presence in both North America and Europe, the The House of Creed approached Domaine wanting a more unified global identity. We migrated Creed's UK/Europe site from Magento to Shopify, unified all localized online stores onto a single theme, and ultimately created a framework that is adaptable for different markets.

Setting up for internationalization

While each of Creed’s new localized Shopify sites have a completely separate URL, the Domaine team unified the brand with a single theme. On the design side, a luxurious feel was achieved by focusing on product storytelling that appeals to the senses, fitting given the nature of the brand’s offering. This approach delivered on the brand’s desire for unity on the admin side and created a luxe feel on the customer experience side.

Introducing a new luxurious design

Updated art direction and a clean, polished look better communicate Creed’s brand image on the redesigned site. Premium product storytelling elements like detailed flavor notes, expandable reviews, and scroll animation bring a high-end browsing experience to the site.

A sophisticated, personalized shopping experience Medallion and bottle engraving with live 3D rendering and custom gifts according to order value make for a high-end experience. Meanwhile, features like a kit builder, sample selection, and custom gifting add-ons add a level of personalization.

Dynamic content blocks for easy PDP management

The new Creed website makes use of content modules that allow information to be displayed dynamically depending on the product. This allows for aesthetic consistency across different PDPs. From an admin side, this makes updating PDPs much simpler and adaptable to different fragrances.
